| Hi there! My name is Kelley Koehler, and I’m the Housechick. Background:
I’ve been in Arizona nearly all my life, having been raised and educated here in Southern Arizona. Tucson has been my home for the past 13 years, and I intend to stay. I’m a proud University of Arizona graduate, having received a Systems Engineering degree with a Software specialty from that fine institution. I am also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona, practicing as an Associate Broker for Long Realty here in Tucson, AZ. |

Experience:
After graduating from U of A, I worked as an engineer first for Raytheon and then at Siemens, where I ran the test department for one of their transportation and transit engineering divisions. Needing a change from cubicle life, I got my real estate license in 2003 and haven’t looked back since. Luckily, my engineering and software skills are often a welcome asset to my clients. |
| Interests:
I’ve always loved homes, and enjoy a bit of remodeling and cabinet building. I’ve been known to take outdated dysfunctional little houses and change them into lovely homes with modern floorplans and features, if I do say so myself. I’ve got the sledgehammers and the pictures to prove it. |

| Activities:
I’m also a classically trained ballet dancer, performing, teaching, and choreographing at Flor de Liz Dance. The best vacations involve a beach and good SCUBA diving; personal favorite destinations include Saba, Australia, and the Galapagos. At home, I relax with my husband and my two dogs: Floyd and Zeki. |
